To cancel an active subscription or free trial, please use the following procedure:
2. Log in to the Customer Area by clicking on the "Login" menu item (or on the "Customer Login" drop-down menu).
3. Under "Your Payment History", you will see a list of your active subscription(s). The subscription "Period" shows when the current subscription period began and when the current billing period ends and re-billing will next take place (unless you complete this procedure and cancel the recurring subscription).
4. Press the "Cancel" link in your payment history and a confirmation message "Do you really want to cancel your subscription" will appear.
5. Click the "OK" button to confirm and proceed with subscription cancellation or free trial.
After completing the above procedure, your subscription and free trial will be cancelled and no further (re)billing will take place. Your existing subscription will remain active until the expiration date shown. After a subscription expires, the account will be scheduled for deletion and all account information will be discarded.
